I really liked what you said about making sure both parties are valuing each other’s careers, which are equally important. For many people I’ve known (especially women), they are willing to make so many comprises on the career front for the other person…and you really know you have an awesome soul mate when that person reminds you to never give up on your dreams and even put yourself first!
