I wrote many posts on relationships both here and on another website so it was time I published a fun list. What do these links have? Well most title explain themselves but I will write a short info and see if I can tempt you into reading them.

2) How Jane Austen Ruined Women (And Men) Forever

Jane Austen ruined women the moment she created Mr. Darcy in Pride and Prejudice. You know it and I know it. And creating such a brilliant male character, she ruined men too. Because hey, any woman who doesn’t want to settle knows that she deserves a Darcy. This post is a tribute to Darcy and it includes two videos from the 2003′s Pride and Prejudice movie, starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Macfadyen.

3) Who Doesn’t Judge a Book by Its Cover?

Everyone tends to think they are not superficial and above judging by the appearance. But the astronomic advertising industry and relationships all around us tell us otherwise. Even the site I published this writing on judged my writing according to its title and placed it on a wrong place. Go to the article and you will know what I mean. Well, I am not complaining. They just further prove the point of the article.

4) What Shows Like Grey’s Anatomy, Gossip Girl and Dawson’s Creek Have in Common with Reality

Are you sick of TV dramas that are all about cast members sleeping with other cast members instead of giving us real story lines? Maybe they start alright, but as the number of seasons increase, it all goes downhill. Just when you think they are unrealistic, life proves you wrong. How so? It is all in the article, baby!

5) If She is a Slut, So are You!

This one is all about men and their double standards. It was time I stroke back and reminded them that there are men sluts and when it comes to getting all serious and romantic, we are not so fond of them either.

6) How Not to Pick Up a Girl: Easiest Ways to Turn Women Off

There is so much written when it comes to how-to-type dating guides for men. Interestingly enough, either they are not paying attention or they just needed someone to remind them about the absolute no-nos. If there are men reading this post, please keep in mind that this is a link to a post that tells you how to pick smart, condifents, pretty and mentally sound women.

7) Looking Up: Tall Girls Dating

Ah, the old conventions. As much as I consider myself a modern woman (marriage isn’t all that, men don’t have to pay for everything, who wants kids, etc, etc..) there is still at least one old-fashioned bone in me- and that’s I want my date to be taller than me. It is sexier and nicer. Oh, do you want to know how I prove my point? Read the post.

8 ) He (She) is Just Not That Into You

This one is one fun summary of both the book He’s Just Not That Into You and the movie made based on it, starring Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Scarlett Johannson, Ben Affleck, Bradley Cooper and Drew Barrymore. What about “the she” in the title? Oh, that’s me. You see neither the movie nor the book is just for girls. Far from it. You’ll see what I mean.

9) If Opposites Do Attract, I Am Screwed!

I have never be the one to be attracted to opposites but Hollywood’s fascination with the concept and the real life examples I see around me started to scare me. I was inspired to write the post while I was watching Something New, starring Simon Baker. And the two leading characters could not have been more opposite. Let me know what you think.

10) Girls and Badasses

And another concept that drives me nuts. Girls fall for jerks? Some girls might have a fixation like that but mostly, we like guys who are sexy. So if we enjoy Gerard Butler more than we should, it’s because he is smokin’ hot. But hey, Butler doesn’t seem to agree. Read the post and see if you agree with him. But mind you, I put some real life nice guys as examples who happen to be sexier than all bad boys combined.
